Key Features
- IGBT inverter main circuit: more than 60% lighter than an equivalent-current mains-frequency machine
- 100% duty cycle design for continuous heavy-duty work and extended CNC table operation
- Stepless current preset with current ramp-up technology lowering arc-start shock and extending electrode and nozzle life
- Wide supply tolerance; stable arc starting on generator power and under voltage fluctuation
- Plasma gas pressure detection and indication with gas-test function for fast pressure adjustment
- Automatic over-temperature, over-voltage, under-voltage and phase-loss protection with traceable fault shutdown
- Accepts single-phase 220 V or three-phase 380 V / 220 V supply
- 100 A output: the highest-volume current class in steel structure and pressure-vessel work
Typical Applications
- Cutting for steel fabrication and erection sites
- Pressure vessel and boiler manufacturing
- Power plant erection, metallurgical and chemical construction
- Automotive manufacturing and repair, architectural metalwork
Selection & Setup Notes
100 A is the "golden current" of plasma cutting: the best balance of 22–28 mm quality cut, speed and consumable cost, and the default match for most CNC tables. When fitting a machine torch, plan the collision guard and water cooling at the same time. For high stainless content, read the gas selection guide.
