Key Features
- AC and DC in one machine: AC for aluminium, DC for steel, covering all common materials
- Adjustable AC cleaning width with square-wave output for a stable arc
- Cathodic cleaning removes the aluminium oxide film for reliable fusion
- DC mode gives a concentrated arc and deep penetration for stainless and carbon steel
- Complete pre-flow and post-flow gas control plus full protection functions
- All TIG and MMA parameters preset, stored and recalled before welding
- Optional foot-control interface and dual-machine synchronous communication
Typical Applications
- Aluminium vessels and heat exchangers
- Stainless pressure vessels and pipe
- Rail transit and aerospace aluminium components
- Mould repair and precision part build-up
Selection & Setup Notes
AC/DC TIG is the "one machine for every material" choice: AC cathodic cleaning for aluminium, a concentrated DC arc for steel. If you only weld steel and mostly thin sheet, the DC pulsed model costs less.
