Key Features
- 300 A output for thicker plate at production cutting speeds
- Gas console with air / oxygen / nitrogen selection by process
- Oxygen on carbon steel: clean, low-dross face ready for welding
- Nitrogen on stainless steel and aluminium: natural finish, no grinding
- Closed-loop gas pressure and flow control for consistent batches
- Current ripple control for stable output and smooth faces
- Separated HF box and short torch cable: 100% arc-start success, minimal CNC interference
- High-capacity torch cooling for long consumable life at high duty
Typical Applications
- Medium and heavy plate where weld-ready edges are required
- Pressure vessels, boilers and heavy steel fabrication
- Stainless-steel and aluminium processing at production volume
- Shipbuilding and offshore fabrication
- Automated lines running multi-shift production
Selection & Setup Notes
Choose the Max-300HPR when plate thickness and edge quality both matter: it holds oxygen-cut quality on carbon steel well past the range of a 200 A system. Match it with the MSW-20L water chiller for continuous duty. For lighter work see the Max-200HPR; for the top of the range, the Max-400HPR.
