LGK-125AM Built-in Air Compressor Plasma Cutter

The LGK-125AM combines welding and cutting with a built-in air compressor to form a mobile plasma cutting workstation. The internal air source or an external supply can be selected as required, and the machine is easy to move, which suits outdoor manual cutting where no compressed air exists. The built-in 1500 W high-pressure compressor eliminates the need for an external air supply on outdoor sites. Driven by a four-stage low-speed motor, the compressor piston lasts longer at the same air output and the unit runs more stably and durably. Anti-vibration mounts damp the shock of operation and relocation, lowering the risk of internal components loosening, reducing noise and extending compressor service life. A high-quality pressure-regulating filter provides fine filtration with stable, reliable regulation. Mature current ripple control technology delivers flat, clean cut faces, and the main circuit's two large 1000 µF / 400 V filter capacitors give the machine strong resistance to supply fluctuation, so it also performs steadily on generator power. Protection is comprehensive: over-temperature protection, compressor phase-loss protection, and over-voltage / under-voltage protection. Applications Manual cutting of carbon steel, alloy steel and non-ferrous metals. Widely used for pipelines, steel structures and power-plant installation, outdoor electromechanical equipment repair, metal demolition and recycling, and other non-fixed, frequently relocated sites. Not recommended for fixed indoor installations.
