Key Features

  • 100% duty cycle for continuous industrial work
  • Current ramp-up reduces torch consumable consumption
  • Wide mains tolerance — single-phase 220 V and three-phase 380 V/220 V
  • Engineered dust protection for high reliability
  • Compact and light — mounts directly on a CNC machine
  • Runs on low-cost compressed air
  • Accurate, stepless current preset
  • Plasma gas pressure indication and gas-test function
  • Four process modes — cut, grid, mark and gouge
  • Automatic protection against overheat, over-voltage, under-voltage and phase loss

Typical Applications

  • Handheld and mechanised cutting of medium plate
  • Boiler, chemical plant and pressure vessel work
  • Industrial plant installation and metallurgical construction
  • Automotive repair, architectural metalwork, grid marking

Selection & Setup Notes

Grid and marking modes are sensitive to gas pressure stability — fit a precision filter regulator.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a performance difference between 220 V single-phase and 380 V three-phase?

Duty cycle does not derate at any input voltage, so output is identical. Three-phase is nevertheless more balanced and more stable over long runs.
