Key Features
- Rated above 630 A — 110 mm handheld quality cut, up to 180 mm severance
- Thermostatic torch temperature control for markedly longer consumable life
- Pre-flow and post-flow times set independently for different torch lengths
- With an air-cooled torch the source automatically limits output to 160 A to prevent burnout
- Live coolant monitoring: insufficient flow raises a fault code and stops output
- Full protection — overheat, low gas pressure, low coolant flow, phase loss, over- and under-voltage
- Second-level menu for additional process functions
- Smart fan runs only while cutting, reducing internal dust build-up
Typical Applications
- Extra-heavy plate, handheld and mechanised
- Boiler, pressure vessel and chemical tank fabrication
- Industrial power plant installation
- Casting riser removal, metallurgy and scrap recovery
Selection & Setup Notes
Above 630 A a water-cooled torch and industrial chiller are mandatory, along with a dedicated power circuit. Confirm that site compressed air capacity is sufficient before ordering.
