MSW-20L Industrial Water Chiller

Plasma Consumables & Parts

MSW-20L / MSW-20LH intelligent industrial water chiller, designed to accompany heat-generating equipment such as plasma and laser cutting machines. Intelligent temperature control and a high-efficiency heat-exchange system keep the cutting power source and torch stable over long runs. Microprocessor temperature control holds water temperature within a narrow band for high control accuracy. High-efficiency air-cooled heat exchange cools quickly while saving energy and running quietly. Multiple protections give automatic alarm and shutdown on insufficient flow, excessive water temperature and low water level. The compact, mobile design suits many cutting machines, and the large tank supports continuous stable operation. Applications Widely used wherever circulating cooling is required: plasma cutting, laser cutting and welding equipment.

Key Features

  • Industrial water-cooling unit providing continuous cooling for fine and high-current torches
  • Ample cooling capacity for long unattended production runs
  • Triple alarm on flow, water level and temperature
  • Microprocessor temperature control with a narrow control band
  • High-efficiency air-cooled heat exchange: fast cooling, low energy, low noise
  • 20 L tank capacity, suitable for single and dual-torch stations
  • Accepts deionised water or the specified antifreeze coolant

Typical Applications

  • Water cooling for fine plasma torches
  • Continuous cutting with high-current machine torches
  • CNC tables and robot cells
  • Long high-duty batch production

Selection & Setup Notes

A chiller is not an optional extra — it is the throughput foundation. Fitting one typically more than doubles continuous torch duty and improves consumable life. Wire the temperature and flow alarms into the CNC controller e-stop chain, use deionised water and change it every three to six months.

Frequently Asked Questions

What water should I use?

Deionised water or the manufacturer's specified antifreeze. Tap water scales and blocks torch passages; consider freeze protection in winter.

How do I wire the flow alarm?

Wire flow and temperature alarms into the controller e-stop chain so cutting stops immediately on a fault, preventing torch burnout.

How often should I change the water?

Every three to six months, cleaning the strainer and circuit at the same time; poor water quality shortens torch life directly.
