Product Overview
The 1000M / 2000M is a general-purpose CNC control for milling machines and machining centres, supplied in vertical (1000M) and horizontal (2000M) panel layouts. It is designed for knee mills, drill-mills and surface grinders. Built around a 32-bit high-performance CPU and a large-scale FPGA, the control pairs real-time motion control with hardware interpolation to hold micron-level accuracy at high feed rates. The integrated user-programmable PLC keeps machine logic flexible without external relay banks.

Technical Specifications
Spindle: two 0-10 V analogue outputs for dual-spindle control; encoder line count selectable from 100 to 5000 p/r; spindle-to-encoder ratio (1-255):(1-255); spindle override 50%-120% in eight real-time steps; constant surface speed control; tapping cycle and rigid tapping.
PLC: two-level execution at 1.5 µs per basic instruction, up to 4700 steps, level-1 scan period 8 ms; PLC warnings and alarms; up to 20 resident programmes with run-time selection; 45 instructions (10 basic, 35 functional); 36 inputs / 36 outputs.
Tooling: tool length compensation and tool-nose radius compensation (type C).
Accuracy compensation: pitch-error compensation with configurable point count, interval and origin; backlash compensation using fixed-frequency or ramp-type correction of axis reversal error.
Programme editing: 56 MB memory holding up to 400 programmes; search, modify, delete, copy and paste; ISO code with statement-format macros; relative, absolute and polar programming; parameterised macro calls with four-level sub-programme nesting.
Communication: RS232 bi-directional transfer of part programmes and parameters, plus PLC and system software upgrade over the serial port; USB flash-drive file operation, direct machining from USB, and USB-based software upgrade; serial DNC and USB on-line machining.
Acceleration and deceleration: cutting feed and rapid traverse each offer pre-acceleration linear, pre-acceleration S-curve, post-acceleration linear and post-acceleration exponential; look-ahead over up to 15 NC blocks keeps small-segment interpolation smooth at speed, which suits part and mould machining; start speed, end speed and time constants are parameter-set. Manual and handwheel modes use post-acceleration control, and the handwheel can be set to stop immediately or complete the current block. Rapid positioning is selectable as linear or dogleg.
Operation: Edit, Auto, MDI, Machine Zero Return, Handwheel/Single Step, Manual and DNC modes; multi-level operation authority; alarm log.
Display: 1000M uses a 7-inch widescreen LCD at 800 x 480; 2000M uses an 8-inch widescreen LCD at 800 x 600. Multi-language display including Chinese and English, 2D tool-path graphics and a real-time clock are standard.
