Key Features
- Double-pulse control producing a regular rippled bead, ideal for visible aluminium welds
- Precisely controllable heat input: thin sheet resists burn-through, minimal distortion
- Stable arc with very low spatter and clean bead formation
- Easier pool control in vertical and overhead positions, consistent all-position results
- Supports both CO2 and mixed shielding gas schemes
- Stable wire feeding, tolerant of long cable runs
- Complete over-temperature, over-voltage and under-voltage protection
- Synergic adjustment with parameter storage and recall
Typical Applications
- Cosmetic parts and decorative welds
- Thin aluminium sheet and non-ferrous metals
- Kitchenware, furniture metal and display equipment
- Batch products with strict appearance consistency
Selection & Setup Notes
A double-pulse machine sells bead appearance: low-frequency modulation produces the regular ripple, letting cosmetic parts skip grinding and brushing. If you do not need the ripple, the NBM-350D single-pulse is better value.
